BLUETICK CHAUFFEUR SERVICES LTD AGREEMENT
Effective: April 1, 2025
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Parties
This agreement is between Bluetick Chauffeur Services Ltd (registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“User”, “you”) using our services at bluetickchauffeurservices.co.uk and related subdomains.
1.2 Acceptance
By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the service.
1.3 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
1.4 Time Zone
All times referenced are in UTC+0 unless otherwise specified.
2. SERVICE DETAILS
2.1 Service Description
We provide a platform that connects users with professional chauffeurs (“Carriers”) for private transportation services.
2.2 Registration
Users must create an account (“Personal Account”) to access booking features. You may authorize additional contacts to use your account.
2.3 Booking Process
a) Submit a Request with:
– Pickup/destination locations
– Date and time
– Vehicle class preference
– Passenger/luggage details
– Special requests
b) Carriers respond with offers, including price and terms
c) Acceptance forms a binding Transportation Contract
3. VEHICLES & POLICIES
3.1 Vehicle Classes
Available classes include:
– Business Class (standard sedan)
– First Class (luxury sedan)
– Business Van/SUV
– Electric Vehicle
– Sprinter (large capacity)
Note: Vehicle models may vary by location and availability.
3.2 Luggage Policy
Standard allowances:
– Business Class: 1 large suitcase + 1 hand carry
– First Class: 2 large suitcases + 1 hand carry
– Vans/SUVs: Up to 5 large suitcases
Excess luggage may be refused. Suitcases must be stored in the trunk/rear of the vehicle.
3.3 Special Requirements
– Child seats: Must specify child age/height when booking
– Pets: Only service animals guaranteed; others at driver’s discretion
– Disabilities: Please notify us of any special needs when booking
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept:
– Credit/debit cards
– Bank transfers
– Corporate accounts
– Cash (in limited circumstances)
4.2 Pricing Structure
– Base fare covers pickup and destination
– Additional charges for:
– Extra stops
– Waiting time beyond allowance
– Additional mileage
– Special requests
5. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
5.1 Cancellation Fees
– More than 12 hours notice: No charge (flexible accounts only)
– Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of fare
– No-shows: 100% of fare – (90 Minutes after the complimentary waiting time). Please note that waiting charges apply beyond the complimentary period.
– 60 minutes complimentary waiting time for services at airports, train stations, and cruise ports; 20 minutes are complimentary elsewhere.
5.2 Changes
Modifications to bookings may be treated as cancellations. Contact our support team for assistance.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
– Provide accurate booking information
– Be ready at designated pickup time
– Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
– Pay for any damages or excessive cleaning
– Comply with all applicable laws
7. LIABILITY
7.1 Our Responsibility
We are not liable for:
– Traffic delays
– Vehicle breakdowns
– Items left in vehicles
– Actions of third-party drivers
7.2 Insurance
All vehicles carry required commercial insurance. Additional coverage may be purchased separately.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London under English law.
